Terms and Conditions

By using Sketchready, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies, including Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Payment & Refund Policy.

Platform Use

Sketchready offers free tools for creating graphics, templates, and visual content. Users must be 18 years or older. You agree not to misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

All projects and uploads are deleted seven days after creation, and Sketchready is not responsible for lost content.

API Keys & AI Features

If you choose to enter an API key to enable AI features, the key is stored locally in your browser and is not saved on Sketchready servers. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Always use your own personal device and browser when entering an API key.

Contributions and Submissions

We welcome submissions of creative assets such as graphics, logos, templates, images, and stickers. By submitting, you confirm:

  1. The work is your own original creation
  2. You grant Sketchready a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and commercial license to use, modify, and distribute the content
  3. Sketchready users may use your content commercially
  4. Attribution or linking may be provided at our discretion, but is not guaranteed
  5. Submissions must not infringe third-party rights

Sponsor Submissions

Sponsors may submit product details via the sponsorship form to feature their products on Sketchready. By submitting, you agree:

  1. The product may include images, logos, icons, and links to websites, SaaS tools, apps, portfolios, or other online services
  2. Links must be safe, non-spam, and not promote illegal, adult, or harmful content
  3. Sketchready does not guarantee any promotion or endorsement beyond placement on the contributions page
  4. Sketchready may remove or refuse content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate

Payments and Revenue

All revenue from Google AdSense, paid promotions, sponsorships (including those via the financial contribution page), ad-space sales, and subscriptions is the personal income of Birju Gurung. These funds may be used freely and are non-refundable.

Donations and campaign/goal-based contributions are used to support platform development, including servers, features, marketing, and equipment such as cameras or microphones for content creation. Campaign contributions that do not reach their goals are treated as donations.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  1. Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
  2. Interfere with platform functionality or remove ads
  3. Impersonate others or send spam
  4. Exploit Sketchready code or templates for resale

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

Sketchready provides tools, templates, and assets to help users create original designs.

While the platform interface and features are owned and maintained by Birju Gurung, Sketchready may use third-party resources and materials that remain the property of their respective creators and providers, subject to their own license terms.

User-generated projects remain the property of the user, except for submitted contributions, which grant commercial usage rights to Sketchready and its users under the terms described above.

Liability

Sketchready is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.

Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
